REQUIREMENTS:

Driver age: 21 years. In some cases, an exemption on the age of the driver is possible. For further details, contact us.

Driving licence: category B or higher. The driving license must be issued by a European Union Country or alternatively must be accompanied by an international driving license. Photocopies or pictures of the driving license will not be accepted.

Security deposit: when collecting the car, a security deposit of €500.00 is required in case of damage to the car, theft, loss of keys. The amount of the security deposit may vary depending on the type of insurance taken out and, in some cases, a derogation is possible.

Credit card: not necessary. We also accept debit cards, prepaid cards and cash.

Deductible: Basic deductible €1500.00 in case of damage to the car or theft. When booking, you can request additional insurance at a cost of €5.00 per day (€10.00 for some vehicles). For further details, contact us.

Can I rent a car without a credit card?

Yes. We also accept payment in cash and by debit and prepaid cards, at no additional cost.

Debit cards (often called check cards) issued under the VISA or Mastercard logo with direct debit to the holder’s account can be used for rental. Debit cards must have the estimated rental amount plus the security deposit amount. The cards must have the same name as the renter.

Can I pick up the car in one place and return it in another place?

Yes. It is possible to collect the car and return it to a different location, by prior agreement before booking. For further details, contact us.

Can I lower the deductible?

Yes, by paying an extra daily fee, you can lower the deductible. The cost depends on the type of vehicle rented, but usually varies between €5 and €10 per day. In this case the deductible is lowered from €1,500.00 to €500.00. The car deductible indicates the amount that, in the event of an accident, remains the responsibility of the person who signs the insurance policy. By taking out additional insurance, the amount of the security deposit will be lower. If you have any doubts, contact us.

Can I request delivery of the car to the hotel or home?

Yes. By prior arrangement, you can collect your rental car wherever you want, whether upon arrival at the airport, station or another point of your choice.

Can I request a car seat?

Yes, you can request the seat at no additional cost. Contact us before booking.

Can I add more drivers?

Yes, it is possible to add additional drivers at an additional cost. All additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have held a valid driving license for at least two years. For further questions, please contact us.
